Introduction and identity

The business responsible for the processing described in this Policy is SynAgent LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Florida. Our public website is https://www.syn-agent.ai and our customer application is available at https://www.syn-agent.app.

Privacy inquiries: ai@syn-agent.com. Business address: 8150 NW 53rd St, Miami, FL 33166. This Policy is effective as of October 26, 2026.

Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to visitors to our public websites, prospective customers, registered users, authorized business representatives, and individuals communicating directly with SynAgent LLC.

When a business customer uses the SynAgent platform to process information about its own customers or prospects, that business may determine the purposes and means of such processing. SynAgent’s responsibilities in those circumstances depend on the applicable service agreement and data processing arrangements.

In practice this means there are two different kinds of communications. SynAgent’s own communications — for example, our replies to inquiries and our account and billing notices — are controlled by SynAgent LLC and governed by this Policy. The SynAgent SMS Updates marketing text program is also controlled by SynAgent LLC and requires its own SMS consent (see “SMS privacy, mobile information, and consent”). Tenant-controlled communications — campaigns, conversations, and automations that a business customer configures in its own SynAgent workspace to reach its own contacts — are controlled by that business, which is responsible for its own privacy notices and for obtaining any consent required by law. If you received a message from a business that uses SynAgent, please contact that business about its privacy practices.

Personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Identity and contact information — names, business email addresses, telephone numbers, company information, and information you voluntarily supply through inquiries, checkout, or registration. Source: provided directly by you.
  • Account information — account identifiers, authorized user details, authentication-related records, preferences, and tenant associations. Source: provided by you or your organization’s administrator, and generated by our systems.
  • Business information — workflows, CRM records, business documents, system configurations, and data from integrations a customer authorizes. Source: provided by business customers or obtained from integrations they connect.
  • Communications — support requests, email communications, messaging interactions, and service-related correspondence. Source: provided directly by you.
  • Technical information — IP addresses, browser information, device characteristics, log records, security events, and service performance data. Source: collected automatically when you use our websites and services.
  • Commercial information — subscription selections, billing-related information, and transaction records. Payment card details are entered on our payment processor’s checkout page and are processed by that provider; we do not store full payment card numbers. Source: provided by you and by our payment processor.
  • Messaging records — SMS subscription preferences, consent history, message-delivery information, and unsubscribe events. Source: generated when you text a SynAgent number or respond to our messages, and reported by our messaging provider.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as government identifiers, health information, or precise geolocation) through our public website. Business customers are responsible for the content they choose to upload or route through the platform.

How we use information

SynAgent LLC processes information to provide and maintain its services, administer accounts, support business workflows, communicate with customers, maintain security, process authorized transactions, troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We may use contact information to send promotional communications when the recipient has provided the consent required by applicable law.

Specifically, we use information to:

  • create and manage accounts, subscriptions, and tenant workspaces;
  • run the automations, agents, and integrations a customer configures;
  • process payments and maintain billing and tax records;
  • respond to inquiries and provide support;
  • send service, security, and account notices;
  • administer the SynAgent SMS Updates program for people who enroll, including honoring HELP and STOP requests;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • maintain and improve the reliability and performance of our services; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

You can choose not to receive promotional communications at any time (see “Privacy rights and choices”). Service and account notices that are necessary to operate an account may still be sent.

AI processing and automation

SynAgent’s services may use artificial intelligence models, automated agents, and third-party technology providers to process instructions, analyze business information, generate content, and carry out customer-authorized workflows.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular purpose and should be reviewed before being used in important business decisions.

What information is sent to an AI model depends on the services enabled, the applicable agreements, and how the customer configures its workflows. When a workflow uses a third-party large language model provider, the prompts, instructions, and the business data needed to complete the task are transmitted to that provider for processing. The provider’s handling of that information, including any retention, is governed by its terms with SynAgent. We do not use SMS opt-in data or consent records to train AI models.

Customer and tenant data

Business customers retain their applicable rights to information they provide to the SynAgent platform.

SynAgent LLC processes customer-controlled data as necessary to provide the subscribed services and according to applicable contractual obligations, authorized configuration, and legal requirements.

The platform is multi-tenant: each customer’s records are associated with that customer’s tenant, and application access is restricted to authorized users of that tenant and to SynAgent personnel who need access to provide, secure, or support the service.

Business customers are responsible for providing appropriate notices to, and obtaining any legally required consent from, the individuals whose information they process or contact through the platform.

Service providers and integrations

SynAgent LLC may engage service providers to support hosting, infrastructure, communications, analytics, payment processing, authentication, and AI-related functions.

Such providers may process information for authorized service-delivery purposes, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements. The categories of providers we use are:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure — to host our websites, application, and databases.
  • Payment processing — to process subscription payments and manage billing.
  • Communications — SMS, messaging, and email delivery providers that transmit messages.
  • AI model providers — large language model providers that process workflow requests.
  • Authentication — identity providers a business customer chooses to connect for single sign-on.
  • Customer-authorized integrations — CRM, productivity, and other tools a customer connects.

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, and security of SynAgent, our customers, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy’s commitments regarding SMS consent information.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

SMS privacy, mobile information, and consent

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

SynAgent LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or transfer SMS marketing opt-in information or consent records to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

SMS enrollment is voluntary. Individuals may withdraw their consent by replying STOP to messages associated with the relevant SynAgent messaging program.

Consent collected for the SynAgent SMS Updates program is consent to receive marketing text messages from SynAgent LLC only. We record its purpose (marketing), how it was given (the keyword you texted), the date and time, and the version of the disclosures shown. It is independent of accepting our Terms of Service and is not used as consent for any other messages or channels such as WhatsApp, email, or phone calls.

Information concerning SMS consent is used to administer enrollment, honor communication preferences, support appropriate message delivery, and maintain necessary compliance records.

Consent given to receive messages from SynAgent LLC does not automatically authorize marketing messages from independent businesses using the SynAgent platform.

Our messaging provider transmits messages on our behalf as a service provider; it does not receive SMS opt-in data or consent for its own marketing use. See our SMS Program Terms & Conditions for program details.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our public website uses a small number of essential and functional technologies. A language-preference cookie remembers whether you chose English or Spanish. Our website does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

When you start a purchase, you are taken to our payment processor’s hosted checkout page, which may set its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. Our customer application uses cookies or similar storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and secure your session.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent some features from working. You do not need to accept cookies to read our legal policies. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

Data security

SynAgent LLC uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and loss.

These safeguards include:

  • encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) to our websites and application;
  • tenant-scoped access controls and role-based permissions within the application;
  • support for single sign-on through a customer’s identity provider where enabled;
  • verification of signatures on inbound webhooks from our payment and messaging providers;
  • keeping provider credentials and API secrets in server-side configuration rather than in browser code.

No online platform or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

Personal information is retained only for periods reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with applicable legal requirements, maintain appropriate business records, and resolve disputes.

When an account is closed, we delete or de-identify customer data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or honor a legal hold. Information in backups is overwritten on the normal backup cycle. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained for as long as needed to demonstrate consent, honor opt-out requests, and respond to compliance inquiries — including after you unsubscribe, so that we do not message you again.

Privacy rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete information, subject to legal retention obligations;
  • withdraw optional consent, such as consent to promotional messages;
  • unsubscribe from marketing — reply STOP to SMS messages or use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.

Residents of certain U.S. states and other jurisdictions may have additional rights, such as the right to know what categories of information we process or to appeal a decision about a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

To make a request, contact ai@syn-agent.com. Requests concerning information that a business customer controls (for example, a business that contacted you using SynAgent) may need to be directed to that business; we will assist the business as required by our agreements and the law.

International processing

SynAgent LLC is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where SynAgent or its authorized service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country. Where we transfer information, we rely on the contractual commitments of our service providers and the safeguards described in this Policy.

Children’s privacy

Our services are designed for businesses and the adults who act on their behalf. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact ai@syn-agent.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Policy changes

SynAgent LLC may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal obligations.

The updated Policy will display its effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
